The annual Welcome newcomers guide will be published with The Times on Feb. 23.

The magazine offers fun stories, news and tips for new and old residents in Northeast Georgia, along with government contact information and a spring calendar of events. Organizations are invited to submit public events, such as festivals, concerts, art exhibits, sporting events and similar gatherings, that occur from Feb. 23 through Memorial Day weekend in Hall and surrounding counties, for the calendars.
