Three people were sent to Northeast Georgia Medical Center Tuesday after an improper left turn resulted in a collision on Jesse Jewell Parkway.
The injuries, sustained by all those involved in the collision, were not considered life-threatening, said Lt. Carol Martin of the Gainesville Police Department.
The wreck occurred about 11 a.m. after a 2001 Subaru attempted to turn left from Jesse Jewell Parkway onto Terrace Street, according to police.
The Subaru struck a 2003 Honda Civic and overturned.
The driver of the Subaru, of Clayton, was charged with making an improper left turn, Martin said.
The names of the at-fault driver and the injured have not been released, pending notification of next-of-kin, Martin said.
The passengers of the Honda Civic were from Cleveland.
