The Georgia Department of Transportation will continue work today on bridge construction at Ga. 52/323 over Candler Creek in Gillsville. Traffic has been shifted and motorists should use extra caution traveling through the work zone. “If you slow down through the work zone and follow the direction of the signs and barrels, you can easily follow the traffic pattern change in Gillsville,” DOT District Construction Engineer Harold Mull said in a news release.
