Three master chefs from Taiwan gave demonstrations Thursday to culinary students at Lanier Career Center in Gainesville as part of the school’s international food festival. The students learned how to carve various fruits and vegetables for presentation. The chefs are visiting the U.S. for the International Food Festival featuring Taste of Taiwan in Duluth, which will take place Saturday at Duluth Festival Center.
