To our readers: Our apology for late deliveries

Due to a variety of unexpected issues, many of our subscribers have received their home delivered copies of The Times late this week, in some cases hours later than normal.

For that we apologize.

We are undergoing some major changes within our home delivery system which have resulted in unacceptable delivery times. We hope to have these problems resolved very soon.

We appreciate the support, and the patience, of all of our subscribers and are doing everything we can to return to our routine early morning deliveries.

We also want to remind all of our home delivery customers that their subscription to The Times enables them to access all of the content on simply by creating an account and logging in, with no additional charge.
