The Times is planning special coverage to mark the March 20, 1998, tornado that killed several people in Hall and White counties.

We want to hear your stories. Were your cherished family photos found in someone’s yard two counties away? Did you breathe a sigh of relief as your home was narrowly spared by the storm? Or did you tragically lose a friend or loved one?

We would like to hear not only from people affected by the tragedy, but those who responded to a community in need.
