School supply giveaways are set for today and Sunday ahead of the start of school Thursday for Gainesville students and Friday for Hall County students. The Faithful Christian Worship Center will host a giveaway at 9 a.m. today at the Fair Street Community Center, 715 Fair St., Gainesville, providing about 250 bags filled with school supplies ranging from elementary to high school level. Air Line Baptist Church in conjunction with two hair salons will host a giveaway at 4 p.m. Sunday at the church at 3368 White Sulphur Road in Gainesville.
