Hall County government has found itself flush with used office furniture after the purchase of the new government center, once the Liberty Mutual Building. County officials say they don’t have a use for a lot of it, which is expected to lead to a sell-off to local office suppliers. When the county bought the building, now called the Hall County Government Center, in 2010 for $6.1 million, it agreed to accept all the furniture left behind by the previous occupant.
