Dana Chapman has been named executive director of the The Guest House, a nonprofit adult day health care center.
“Dana has a done a terrific job as interim director,” Guest House Board of Directors President Joe Foster said. “The board is excited that she has agreed to become the full-time director. Over the last six months, Dana has made great strides with all areas of the Guest House operations. ”
Chapman has served as interim director since November 2011. She has more than 30 years of experience working for nonprofits and as a social worker in the health care industry. She spent 13 years working for Rape Response, including the last six as director of victim services.
The Guest House works with clients with Alzheimer’s disease and other age-related conditions. It also offers education for family members to strengthen their care-giving abilities.
