Two teenagers walked out of a home in Tower Heights Apartments and wiped tears from their eyes. A group of young people spent last week working in Gainesville Housing Authority locations as part of the first Youth Summit through the Georgia Mountain Food Bank. They spent the week learning about food insecurity and its root causes, how the food bank addresses food insecurity and how they can be part of the solution.
