Two teenagers have been charged with a Monday burglary at a Juniper Court home, Gainesville police said today.

Lt. Brian Kelly said at about 11:35 a.m. Monday neighbors saw several males running from the house at 2321 Juniper Court carrying several items. Responding officers entered the home and found that a rear door had been forced open, Kelly said.

A police dog helped officers locate one suspect shortly after the burglary. After interviewing the suspect, police identified a second suspect, who was arrested Tuesday, Kelly said.

The victims said home electronics worth about $2,600 was taken in the burglary. The stolen items have not been recovered.

Gustavo Rodriguez, 17, of Gainesville, and a 16-year-old male who was not identified because of his age, have both been charged with burglary.
