Two suspects are in custody after a truck and boat theft early Monday afternoon.

The theft took place around 12:30 p.m. in the area of Goddards Ford Road, according to Hall County Sheriff’s Office Spokeswoman Nicole Bailes. Deputies then spotted the vehicles at the Valero gas station at 3702 Browns Bridge Road, a location near where the alleged theft.

One subject was detained at the scene, while another was captured following a short foot chase.
