Six members of a nine-member citizens committee charged with overseeing how a new five-year round of special purpose local option sales tax revenue is spent have been nominated. The Hall County Board of Commissioners announced its nominees to the SPLOST VII citizens oversight committee at a work session Monday. Residents Doug Aiken, Brent Hoffman, Richard Horne, Mark Pettitt and Carol Werner have been selected.
