Snow has dusted parts of Hall County as a forecast of flurries continues.

A dusting of a half-inch is possible in areas north of Interstates 20 and 85, but snow is expected to taper off this evening with just a few flurries overnight.

Temperatures overnight will fall to the 20s, meaning any snow or water on the roadways, and especially bridges, will freeze.

Heavier snow is expected in the mountains, with 1-2 inches forecast. A winter weather advisory is in effect for areas north of a line from Canton to Cleveland. A wind chill advisory is in effect for a line from Dawsonville to Cleveland. Wind chills from 5 below zero to 5 degrees are possible across extreme Northeast Georgia.
