Some 350 people were expected to attend Saturday's Festival of Trees at The Loft at Scott’s in downtown Gainesville. The event is the largest fundraiser for Challenged Child & Friends, which raises about $100,000 from the event to go toward scholarships for kids, art and music therapy and other costs. The event included a silent and live auction, a band and a live model painting.
