SLIDESHOW: Festival of the Nativity showcases hundreds of Christmas scenes

The Festival of the Nativity at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Gainesville began Thursday night and runs through Sunday. Church members have gathered more than 600 nativity scenes from around the world to display for the community. The display will be open to the public from 6-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 3-9 p.m. Sunday at 1234 Riverside Drive.
