Work has been underway since January on the conversion of the old Sam’s Club building on Mundy Mill Road at Interstate 985 in Oakwood into Northeast Georgia Health System’s corporate support service center. The building is being renovated to make it more conducive to office functions. According to Hall County records, the building’s size is 107,826 square feet with a 2,072-square-foot “service repair garage.”
