Those looking for work are invited to take part in a regional job fair next week in Cumming. Representatives of the Georgia Department of Labor, in partnership with Lanier Technical College and the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce, will present the Northeast Georgia Career Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday. About 90 employers are expected to fill the Lanier Technical College Forsyth Conference Center for the event, which Danette Smith with the Department of Labor said is geared primarily toward jobs in industrial and technical fields.
