Minding your P’s and Q’s, keeping eye contact and shaking hands with confidence are just a few tips and tricks the little gentlemen in the Fly Guys program learn. “(The program) teaches you how to be a man,” fifth-grader Zearion Harvey said. Harvey is one of a set of 40 or so boys, from grades three through five at Fair Street International Academy, who get together every other Friday afternoon to hear from a male speaker on a variety of topics, from how to tie a necktie to integrity and compassion. “We learned not to look back when people are talking to you,” third-grader Anthony Haynes said.
