A Gainesville man was taken into custody Friday afternoon after allegedly withdrawing $25,000 from various Hall County bank branches, police said. Investigators discovered Evan Michael Tubbs on Oliver Road, where investigators had arrest warrants for multiple counts of identity theft and felony theft by taking.
