Planned Buford Corn Maze expansion scaled back

Plans to expand the Buford Corn Maze have been scaled back from an original proposal. “Essentially, the activities would be limited to the corn maze, hayrides, a haunted forest, prepackaged foods only, pumpkin sales and … a petting zoo,” Planning Director Srikanth Yamala said at Thursday's Hall County Board of Commissioners meeting. The corn maze, located off Friendship and Hog Mountain roads in South Hall, would operate September through November.
