Mellow Mushroom on Green Street in Gainesville held a fundraiser Friday for its employees whose vehicles were damaged last weekend by an oak tree that fell in the parking lot. “There were five cars total that were hit. Three of them have been written off as totaled and the other two are in the process of being repaired,” said Trey Redmond, a manager at Mellow Mushroom, in a phone interview Friday.
