A slew of colorful boats and costumes filled the warm waters of Lake Lanier on Saturday for the fourth annual Gainesville Hall County Dragon Boat Challenge at Lake Lanier Olympic Park. Lanier Canoe and Kayak Club played host to the event, which matches teams from various organizations to raise funds for Hall County Special Olympics. Among those taking part were teams from Wrigley, The Longstreet Clinic, J.A. Walters Family YMCA and World Language Academy.
