A Connecticut man was killed after a car struck him Monday night on a Hall County road. Vicente Castelan, of New Haven, Conn., was crossing Harmony Church Road at Willow Wind Drive around 7:14 p.m. Monday when he was hit by a 2003 Lincoln Navigator, according to Georgia State Patrol. Ramiro Grimaldo, 37, of Gillsville, who was driving the Lincoln Navigator, was not injured in the crash.
