Peach State Bank names 5 to Youth Development Board

 Peach State Bank & Trust has named Rachel Funk, Scott LeFevre, Ben Souther, Suzanne Cindea and Caroline Nix to its Youth Development Board.

The board provides insights into the community’s young professionals and families.  

Funk, a Gainesville High and University of Georgia graduate, teaches third grade in the Gainesville City School System. 

LeFevre serves as the staff attorney for Judge Andrew Fuller of Northeastern Judicial Circuit Superior Court. He is a graduate of Gainesville High, the University of North Georgia and the Georgia State University College of Law. 

Souther is a Murrayville native and graduate of the University of Georgia. He works in the real estate business and in the University of Georgia athletic department. 

Cindea is a teacher at Gainesville Exploration Academy. She is a graduate of Gainesville High,  Berry College and earned her master’s degree in early childhood education from the University of North Georgia. 

Nix is owner of Caroline Nix Gallery. She is a graduate of North Hall High and the University of North Georgia. 

Peach State Bancshares, Inc. is a locally owned and operated bank holding company based in downtown Gainesville. It is the parent company of Peach State Bank & Trust.
