The owner of an Oakwood business shut down after allegations of prostitution has been arrested.

Chom Sik Ray, 70, of Duluth was arrested Wednesday night on a charge of keeping a place of prostitution.

An undercover operation Oct. 27 at Coco Spa in the 4300 block of Mundy Mill Road led to the arrest of employee Myoung Tucker, 60. Tucker was charged with “offering massage without a license, masturbation for hire and prostitution,” Oakwood Police said previously.

No more arrests are expected, Oakwood Police Chief Randall Moon said.

Oakwood City Manager Stan Brown has said authorities “also found that the business was not operating with a massage therapist license,” and the city revoked its business license.
