Oakwood City Council voted Monday to approve its 2014 spending plan. The planned $6.8 million budget would continue city services without increasing staff. It also would pay debt obligations for various items, including a Georgia Environmental Finance Authority loan and the city’s sewer fund, which it pulled from to pay for emergency repairs related to May 19 floods.
