Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville is one of only two hospitals in the state to have two da Vinci Surgical System robots, and Thursday, employees and others got to test drive one. Surgeons can perform delicate operations with tiny incisions using the robotic system. It reduces blood loss, pain and recovery time, according to the hospital.
