The North Hall Community and Technology Center is nearing completion, with an opening tentatively set for Sept. 24, according to Hall County spokeswoman Nikki Young.“The North Hall Community and Technology Center may appear to be complete on the outside, but the inside is not yet ready for the public,” she said. “Contractors are finishing the punch list. Equipment has been ordered and the board of commissioners will consider bids for the furniture at its Aug. 23 meeting.”She added that the county expects to receive a certificate of occupancy in the coming month.
