A North Hall Middle School student is in custody following a bomb threat Wednesday that led to the evacuation of the school, school officials reported.

The threat was found written on a restroom wall at the school. Hall County Sheriff's Office deputies swept the building aided by K-9 units but found no explosives.

Students were evacuated to the North Hall High football stadium, where they were to be dismissed at the end of the school day. Buses and parents were notified of the change.
