The North Georgia Community Foundation is accepting grant applications for projects funded through its Community Impact Fund.

Nonprofit organizations in the Community Foundation’s 15-county North Georgia service area may apply for funding. Funds between $1,500 and $3,000 are available for projects designed to improve the quality of life in the region.

The Community Impact Grant Program was established to enhance the spirit of community and quality of life by supporting the network of nonprofits that serve the North Georgia region. The program awarded $24,500 to 11 organizations in 2015.

An application is available at www.ngcf.org/communityimpact and must be submitted by noon June 30.

To apply, nonprofits must create a login to the North Georgia Community Foundation’s grant application portal. Login requests may take up to 48 hours to be approved.
