No charges have been filed in connection with Saturday night’s fatal accident on Rail Hill Road in Lumpkin County, the Georgia State Patrol said.

The one-car wreck remains under investigation, GSP said Monday.

Front-seat passenger Annah Robinson, 16, of Lumpkin County was killed when a 2014 Ford Mustang being driven by Forrest Blake, 18, also of Lumpkin County, left the roadway and hit a tree with the passenger side door.

Another passenger, Emily Robinson, 13, also of Lumpkin County, was transported to Grady Hospital in Atlanta for treatment, and Blake was sent to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GSP had said earlier.
