A new auto parts store proposed off Park Hill Drive in Gainesville got the Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board’s OK Tuesday night. Plans for an O’Reilly Auto Parts on a vacant 1.3-acre site next to CVS Pharmacy now go to Gainesville City Council for a final vote.
A new auto parts store proposed off Park Hill Drive in Gainesville got the Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board’s OK Tuesday night. Plans for an O’Reilly Auto Parts on a vacant 1.3-acre site next to CVS Pharmacy now go to Gainesville City Council for a final vote. O’Reilly is seeking to rezone the property to neighborhood business so it can build the 7,627-square-foot store just north of South Enota Drive and south of Lakeview Drive.
