And the first occupant could be the long-awaited $11 million Georgia Poultry Laboratory, which was originally planned on the site of the current state lab near downtown Oakwood. An intergovernmental agreement between Hall County and the Gainesville-Hall County Development Authority will go before the Hall County Board of Commissioners at its meeting at 6 tonight.
