No one was seriously hurt in a morning wreck on Interstate 985 that resulted in snarled traffic and charges for one driver. The Georgia State Patrol reported a tractor-trailer was traveling north in the right lane of I-985 when the driver lost control and struck a truck parked in the right emergency lane. Greg Garland, 48, from Soddy Daisy, Tenn., was the driver of the tractor-trailer.
