Residents in the Martin Road community of South Hall said some 20 signs regarding the planned expansion in the area have gone missing. Signs about “Stop Exit 14/Martin Road Expansion” and the upcoming Wednesday meeting on the topic disappeared over the weekend, resident Darlene Long said. “Our main purpose is to be very transparent and invite the community regarding Martin Road,” she said.
