When Marett Peets first heard about Scotland’s University of St. Andrews at a seventh-grade college fair, she thought it would be an interesting place to study but an unlikely place for her to land. Peets, a senior at Lakeview Academy in Gainesville, said it wasn’t long after that she met the school’s recruiter again at another college fair, solidifying her interest in the school. “It stayed on my radar screen,” Peets said.
