A Gainesville man indicted on 17 counts of sexual abuse pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Hall County Superior Court. Rusty Duane Alan Kempf, 20, was indicted in December on charges stemming from incidents involving four female victims ages 13 to 15 from October 2011 to this past July, Hall County officials said. Kempf’s attorney, Dan Sammons, entered the plea before Superior Court Judge Jason Deal.
