A Hall County Grand Jury this week indicted a man accused of raping a young girl. Jose Luis Aguilar faces four counts of rape. He is also charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation, one count of aggravated sodomy and seven counts each of incest, aggravated sexual battery and child molestation.
