Hall County sheriff's investigators say Weyman Edward Wheeler, 48, has been having sex with a 15-year-old girl since February.

Wheeler was charged Wednesday with aggravated child molestation and booked at the Hall County Jail.

Investigators say the relationship was consensual.

Wheeler is being held without bond and the incident remains under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff's Office, Criminal Investigations Division.

In April 2010, Wheeler was sentenced to six months in prison, which he served before his sentencing, and six months on probation for a criminal trespass charge. He was acquitted of aggravated battery charges.
