A man was arrested and booked into the Hall County Jail on Saturday in connection with a stabbing causing serious injuries, authorities said. Ryan Douglas Allen, 22, also known as Ryan Rogers, was charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault in an incident that “caused serious bodily injury by stabbing,” according to Gainesville Police Department spokesman Cpl. Kevin Holbrook. Investigators responded to Jesse Jewell Parkway on Feb. 18.
