A man was flown to Grady Memorial Hospital this afternoon after being struck in the head by a tree limb, Fire Chief David Kimbrell said. Hall County emergency workers were called at 4:36 p.m. to a house on Hiawatha Drive off Thompson Bridge Road in the Murrayville area. Further details weren’t immediately available.
