A Dawsonville man accused of murdering his cellmate in the Hall County Jail will be evaluated for mental competency. John Darrell Setchel, 24, was indicted Oct. 8 in the death of Murrayville resident Ronald Sailers, 72. The indictment came down three days after Sailers died in a Hall County Jail cell from what a Georgia Bureau of Investigation autopsy revealed as blunt force trauma to the head.
