The Braselton Police Department is waiting to hear back from the Barrow County District Attorney on what the ultimate charge will be for a man accused of homicide after allegedly delivering a sucker punch to a patron at a bar. Braselton Police Capt. Michael Steffman said Thursday that the suspect, 40-year-old David Allen Digiacomo of Flowery Branch remains in custody without bail at the Barrow County Detention Center. Steffman said the medical examiner ruled the death of Clint Roshan Ali, 34, a homicide.
