A life jacket giveaway by Hall County Fire Services that was set for 1 p.m. today at Bolding Mill Park has been postponed due to weather.

The department says a new date will be announced soon.

The event at the park at 4055 Chestatee Road in Gainesville was also set to include water safety information, refreshments and viewing of a fire truck and ambulance.
