Fees for late library books will go up next month for patrons of the Hall County Library System and others across the state just in time for summer reading season. Some say the changes are long overdue. All Georgia libraries associated with the Public Information Network for Electronic Services system will raise fees for late books from 10 cents a day to 20 cents beginning July 1.
