A lawyer for a North Georgia woman facing federal explosives charges has asked a judge to reconsider an order that his client be kept in custody until her trial. Defense lawyer Jake Waldrop filed a motion Monday on behalf of Celia Alchemy Savage of Cornelia. Federal prosecutors have charged Savage with three counts of making and possessing explosive devices and possessing firearms while unlawfully using controlled substances.
