Georgia State Patrol has cited a woman injured in a head-on collision Monday night on Spout Springs Road.

Julia Ker Moua, 21, of Lawrenceville, was charged with failure to maintain her lane, said GSP Capt. Paul Cosper.

Moua, who suffered several broken bones in the accident, was airlifted to Atlanta Medical Center where her condition was not available, Cosper said.

About 6:10 p.m., Moua was traveling south on Spout Springs about a half mile south of Union Circle in her 1997 Honda Civic when she crossed the center line and struck a northbound 2008 Hyundai Entourage, Cosper said.

The driver of the Hyundai, Tammy A. Archer, 38, of Hoschton, was transported by ambulance to Northeast Georgia Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, Cosper said.

He said Archer had two passengers in her vehicle, Jaxson Lawrence and Nathan Holley, both 11 and from Hoschton. They refused treatment, according to Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell.
