A developer is looking to add another 10 acres, but no additional units, to a 352-unit apartment project near Flowery Branch.
Morningstar Investment Group has applied to rezone 6001 and 6005 Spout Springs Road from a mix of zones to planned residential development, according to Hall County Planning and Zoning. The lots would add just fewer than 10 acres to Morningstar’s footprint at 6011 and 6065 Spout Springs Road. All of the lots are connected.
