J. Tom Morgan, district attorney of DeKalb County for 12 years and a specialist in prosecuting crimes against children, will speak to parents and students at Lakeview Academy on Thursday morning. He will speak to any interested parents at 8:15 a.m. Thursday and to Lakeview’s Upper School students at 9:30 a.m. The public is invited. Morgan is an advocate for children, speaking to thousands of teenagers and parents about Georgia laws that affect young people.
